NYSED

NYSED released important information regarding the administration of the Spring 2021 New York State English as a Second Language Achievement Test (NYSESLAT). The memorandum contains information on the delivery dates of test materials and administration of the test. The last day to administer all components of the NYSESLAT has been extended from May 28 to June 9, 2021. See revised schedule here.

NYS TESOL

Proposals for NYS TESOL 51st Annual Conference are due March 28th! NYS TESOL is seeking teaching tips, workshops, and poster presentations; presentations can be virtual or in person! The conference is scheduled for November 4 - 6, 2021 with the theme Looking Forward: Educational Empowerment & Transformative Education. The hybrid format makes it possible for anyone who wants to participate to do so, regardless of location. Please support NYS TESOL by submitting your proposal today!

Bilingual Education Online Summer Institute at SUNY Buffalo State College

Early Summer Session: June 1 - July 2, 2021
