Log in Information

If you already have a Canvas account through your school district or personal free account, simply click “Log into Canvas (hvrbern.instructure.com)” and sign in using your existing credentials. You’ll automatically see any HV RBERN courses you’ve enrolled in once you’re logged in.

If you’re new to Canvas, click “Sign in to Enroll” and then select “Register New Account.” This will create a new account with the HV RBERN. Complete the registration form using the email you wish to receive CTLE certificates at. Be sure to enter your name exactly as you’d like it to appear on your official certificate. Once your account is created, you can log in at any time to access your course(s).

CTLE Certificates

Upon full completion of an asynchronous course, participants will automatically receive their CTLE certificate via the email address used at registration.

Please note that the Hudson Valley RBERN does not collect, store, or house personal information, including your date of birth (DOB) or Social Security Number (SSN).

If you would like to include this information for your own recordkeeping purposes, you can do so by creating an editable version of your certificate after downloading it.

To create an editable PDF certificate:

  1. Download/Export your certificate to PDF.
  2. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro, PDFescape, or DocHub.
  3. Use the Prepare Form or Add Text Field tool to create fillable boxes for DOB and SSN, then enter your information in those fields.
  4. Save the updated file as a new PDF for your personal records.
