This workshop will provide educational leaders with essential strategies for supporting English Language Learners (ELLs). Attendees will understand the implications of CR Part 154, explore effective instructional program designs and scheduling recommendations, and learn best practices for welcoming ELL families. The workshop will also cover second language acquisition processes, classroom "look-fors,” and techniques for fostering inclusive and culturally responsive school environments.
