This workshop will highlight practical instructional strategies across all language modalities- listening, speaking, reading, and writing-while exploring assessment practices that support English Language Learners.

Participants will examine formative and summative approaches to assessment through the lens of Margo Gottlieb's framework of Assessment AS Learning, Assessment FOR Learning, and Assessment OF Learning.

Attendees will leave with practical strategies and tools that can be immediately applied to support multilingual learners in diverse classroom settings.

Participants should bring a device to access workshop materials.
