As in previous years, all Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) are required under Part 154 of the Commissioner's Regulations to develop a CR Part 154 Comprehensive ELL Education Plan (CEEP) to meet the educational needs of English Language Learners.
For the 2025-2026 school year, all LEAs must submit a complete CEEP, which includes evidence and more detailed responses. The CEEP update is due by February 28, 2026.
The Hudson Valley RBERN will hold a CEEP Support Session on Friday, January 9, 2026 for any district personnel involved in the writing of the CEEP. District staff involved in crafting the CEEP plan are welcome to come think with us and ask any questions they may have.
To access this virtual session, a Zoom link will be shared with registered participants the day before to email addresses used to enroll in Frontline (MLP).
