This is a Professional Learning Community in which leaders of bilingual, dual language, and/or ENL programs will:
Learn from each other's experiences, practices, and best ideas in the field of Dual Language education
Create a support network
Self-assess [e.g. Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL) Guiding Principles and other proven sources for this purpose; work to strengthen programs based on these]
Review up-to-date research on Dual Language best practices and outcomes
