Family engagement should encourage and empower families to be their own champions. As a community, we need to work toward goals that focus on specific family strengths, resources, and needs. Family engagement should be family-centered and a strengths-based approach to making decisions and achieving desired outcomes for children and families.
This workshop will provide actionable steps educators can take to foster and build upon a school-to-home partnership.
