Science in the K-12 environment offers a unique opportunity for ELLs to be able to participate in unique and exciting hands-on activities. This AM workshop will outline various engaging strategies including methods, techniques, and scaffolds that can be used by science teachers to help ELLs in the classroom. By the end of this session, participants will have a "toolkit" that can be applied to teaching science content.
