New Hudson Valley RBE-RN Workshops Added!
/Greetings! There is still room to register for the following RBE-RN workshops:
Special Education Considerations (Pre-Referral Factors for ELLs)
This workshop will invite participants to dive into the behaviors associated with new language acquisition and clinical markers of a disability.

ELL Identification Process and Screening Interview Workshop
NEW DATES ADDED
This workshop is for district teams regarding the English Language Learner identification process from registration, to screenings (including the Language Proficiency Team and SIFE identification), through NYSITELL Administration, and student placement. Districts are encouraged to send teams to this workshop. PART 1 will focus on registration regulations related to the HLQ; registrar staff should attend this portion of the workshop. The remainder of the district teams should plan to attend the whole day, including the registration component, in order to ensure a clearly articulated district ELL identification process. During PART 2 of this workshop, district teams will work together to assemble screening interview kits appropriate to the various grade bands.
